LEG STRENGTH TO BODY WEIGHT RATIO TESTING
The objective is to identify the amount of weight you can lift for one repetition (1RM). Divide your 1RM weight by your body weight. A good ration is 2.5 to 1 or a leg press score 2.5 times your body weight. At the collegiate level a ratio of 3 to 1 and at the professional level of 4 to 1 is desirable.
