SINGLE-LEG KICKBACK TEST

The purpose of the single-leg kickback test is to examine and compare the force you exert against an area similar to a starting block and the ground during the accelerating phase of sprinting.  Stand to the side of the leg press station, facing away from the leg pad.  Place one foot on the pad and bend your knee to a right angle before exerting as much force as possible to reach a full leg extension.  The right and left leg scores should not differ by more than 1 pound.  If they do, adjust your training program.
