TRAINING IN THE POOL

The pool provides the most universally available way to apply programmable acceleration techniques.  Many of the major body movements can be exercised in the water by moving very short distances (inches to about a foot) with rapid starts and stops that mimic specific positions of the skill.  You can do 10 sets, each set lasting 10 seconds.
