Its my senior year and my second year running track. the 400 meter is my specialty and im the fastest in my school from what my teammates and teachers tell me....the record is 49.5 and im on my way to break it this season which starts march 3, but i have a question....what is a good time to get in the 400 to have some good colleges look at you? thanks
