I dont known who this jeremy is but an between 5.3 and 5.6 is good. Add 1 sec on to my time and you will get my 55m time which is 6.5sec

Our 4x225 relay just mist an record 1:53:0 and record is 1:52:6
Our 4x200 is under1:35:0 1st leg 22.9 2nd 23.4
3rd 22.8 4th 22.9 how is that. You dont even wont to known about 4x100
Im not going to lie but your times are good but before you go talk about my times think you probly have an good coach i have no coach and my time are good in the 100m 200m 4x100m and 4x400m
