This is a quick fix I used that basicly worked in one night.
Get a small 3' sectoin of pole or a broom handle or something. Now go find an office chair. Sit down(hard part) and try to lean back to stay as straight as possible. Start with the pole above your head as if you just took off. Now bring the your left hand down to your knee, simulating you swing. Keep rowing through till your right hand comes to your knees( your probably have to break your left arm in a bit, but keep it as straight as possible. volla, if done correctly, you have brought the pole to your knees with your right arm straight and your left arm as straight as possible, but more important, your pole is flat on your lap. from here pull your left hand to your chin and straighten your back . then pull it up through, simulating your going off the end.
do this about at least 100 times. Start by doing 20 really slow ones, staying loose, paying complete attention to what your doing. after that, turn on the tv or something and do the rest while occupied. KEEP IT SLOW. and stop every once in a while to make sure your doing it right. Also, dont just try to do them at once. give yourself a 5 - 10 secound break between them.
I say to use a chair so you isolate your arms and back, and can forget about your legs. You should also do these standing as part of your warm up( 5 or 10). the reason you pop off so many to begin with is to get muscle memory down. Once you have that, your gold. but you have to keep doing them for about a season or two to keep it.
Thaat should help to fix your form if thats a the problem. If it doesn't help, check your step, arm position, swing, timing, or mabye head position.
