When you throw your head back your throwing your probably shoulders back and pushing your chest forward. Try bringing your hips up to your shoulders, and bring your nose to your knees. If your shoulders are back, you'll never get there. its not neccessairly good to curl up like that, but you can start to feel where your head is now and where it need it to be.
basically its going to be something your gonna have to feel out for yourself
