I have a copy of jan johnsons "sky system two" and my 14 year old boy (11-6 pr) studies this tape for work outs and drills like a bible. We are wanting to purchase a another training tape and would like some feedback on jans sky system series or other top notch videos. We are looking for videos containing advanced drills and videos of top level pole vaulters in action to try to copy their style.
