Hi, im fairly new to pole vaulting and i cleared 11'6" just sitting on top of the pole and not bending it, but now that im trying to get better i bend the pole but i freeze half way through the vault because the feeling is so different when you try to do it right, and im not sure what i should be doing right after take off. If any one can offer any advice i would greatly appreciate it, thank you, will
