Hi, i am a 14 ft vaulter on a 14 ft 150lb spirit. i am 5-8 128 lbs. i need a lot of help with my vault and was wondering any suggestions, i seem to curl my arm over my plant when i vault, plant late and have a horrible top for the most part. if u would like to see the vault i could send it to u for hints.
