Are you leaning back on your plant and/or takeoff? Sounds like you need to do some plant drills before you start your day of pratice. Try to get your arm so that it makes a T with the pole. In other words, When you have your hands up for your plant, make sure the pole is in line with your arm.
Get your bottom end fixed, and usually your top end will follow.
: Hi, i am a 14 ft vaulter on a 14 ft 150lb spirit. i am 5-8 128 lbs. i need a lot of help with my vault and was wondering any suggestions, i seem to curl my arm over my plant when i vault, plant late and have a horrible top for the most part. if u would like to see the vault i could send it to u for hints.
