I normally do tend to be in about a foot so i am way under and forced to my back quick. i dont even jump into it i just get sucked in. thanks for the help Chris
: Are you leaning back on your plant and/or takeoff? Sounds like you need to do some plant drills before you start your day of pratice. Try to get your arm so that it makes a T with the pole. In other words, When you have your hands up for your plant, make sure the pole is in line with your arm.
: Get your bottom end fixed, and usually your top end will follow.
