I have a huge problem inverting. During indoor, I finally made progress and started to invert, but now, i wont invert at all. Everyone says i have a good takeoff, getting my plant above my head. I have decent speed, and am on a pole 20 pounds over my weight and landing in the middle of the pit. I dont know if it is a mental block that is stopping me, or if i am not sure if i know how to invert...I never really have on a bent pole. I was hoping someone out there would have some advice...how to invert or how to get over my mental block...it would be most appreciated!
