: I have finally gotten my plant down, with my arms straight and my trail leg back. I am suddenly unable to invert at all. I end up springing off the pole and doing a half turn to land on my back. I can do this over 11 feet, but cant go any higher. Last week, before i stopped being able to go upside down, i was over 12-6 on a bungee easy. today, i couldnt even kick it. Does anyone know how to fix this, or have a clue what happened to me? Thanks!
Im sure there are people on this board who know more than I but I think you are blocking your rotation with your bottom arm......i did this for a LOOOOONNNNNNGGGGGGG time before someone told be to SWING WITHOUT APPLYING PRESSURE TO THE BOTTOM ARM after the penetration phase. guys tell me if im wrong in this one......im pretty sure thats right though.
