My coach has us run 4 quick 100's, 8 flying 50's, and a bunch of runway sprints; all of course after plyos: high knees, butt kickers, bounding, lunges, and the like. Of course he still says we're all really slow, so I don't know if you should trust his workouts...(just kidding Jason!) this is our later in the season workout, off season and pre/early season you should do some 400's and 300's working on strngth and form, 200's for form, but quick ones, and then, there is always running holding a medicine ball out in front of your chest...gotta love that one!
