Gill PV standards (7120)

Ok, We have had these standards for abnout a month but this is the first time I ever complained about this problem, THE TOP PIN IS OFF BY A FOOT! has any one had this problem or is this just a one time foul up? can they switch these standards out? there the blue Gill athletics stadards, #7120.
