Ouch, that was harsh man. You obviously have not been informed that the pole vault knows no gender. When a person is ready to jump on a particular pole, they will. There is absolutely no sense in jumping on a pole that is WAY too huge for you, just because you are too much of a meathead egomaniac to jump on a "girl's" pole. Besides, just because a pole is a certain color doesn't necessarily make it a girl's or guy's pole. If that same pole was a different color you wouldn't have even noticed or cared less. And where does it say that this gives them any advantage over you? That just means you have been improperly trained to think people should jump on poles that are too big for them based on their gender, not their speed, technique, or anything else that factors in when chosing the correct pole. So sorry that you were offended by this show of intelligence, but you sound as if you are at a disadvantage anyway.
